Japan Foundation for Culture
Our foundation established to support the preservation and succession of Japanese culture and contribute to the peaceful coexistence and co-prosperity of people not only within Japan but also widely in the international community. And to contribute to the promotion of the underlying “Wa” spirit of Japanese culture that has the most longest history and tradition in human history.
Foundation business

We will systematically promote the construction and preservation of Japanese culture and the construction of cultural facilities that will serve as a base for transmitting Japanese culture to the international community.
In Tokyo and Kyoto we will establish a “private guesthouse” to collect the best of Japanese culture and introduce it to foreign guests.

We will promote various support projects for commercialization to realize promoted by the Japanese government as
“Tourism Nation”
“Culture Nation”

We will expand our business internationally in order to transmit the correct understanding of Japanese history and culture.

We support Japanese culture research and related academic activities at major universities around the world, and support for the activity of establishment of the “Faculty of Japanese Culture Studies”, which will be the center of the research.

We will proceed with support projects for the spread of Japanese language education in other countries.

We will plan and manage international events related to Japanese culture and support them.

We will proceed with the construction of an international networking system that supports the above activities.
